CCNA, MCSA, O365 certification will be preferred
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Requirements
English language proficiency is required with good communication, interpersonal and pressure handling skills.
Proficiency in Windows operating systems (installation, configuration, troubleshooting).
Strong knowledge of hardware installation, configuration, and maintenance (computers, printers, A/V equipment).
Familiarity with networking concepts, LAN/WAN management, and troubleshooting.
Basic understanding of audio-visual equipment and its setup.
Open to adopting new technologies and solutions and supporting users through innovation.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users including software, hardware and network troubleshooting and solves IT related issues.
Windows installation and tuning, printer configuration, installing and configuring other applications etc.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software
Handling and resolving IT incidents and root cause analysis.
Install, repair, and maintain IT Hardware including computers, printers and audio/visual equipment
LAN/WAN monitoring and management.
Assist user community in registering their complaints/incidents in company’s standard portal “HaloITSM” and follow-up with them till resolution of incident.
Explaining technical issues in simple terms and maintaining clear documentation
Adopt innovation/ initiative by company in context of hardware deployment and assist/guide users on that wherever possible.
In addition to all specific tasks mentioned above, he/she should be able to perform any other helpdesk function that may be required by the company from time to time.
