Who do we look for? We are seeking a highly talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to design the user interface (UI) with graphic elements and navigation components, making sure it is user-friendly giving user with intuititive, efficient and relevant experience. This entails engaging in product design discussions with business teams, product owners and developers. At DSV Solutions, we partner with our customers to design and deliver logistics solutions that enable efficient operations and increase cost efficiency for hundreds of logistics facilities across the world. This full-time position will be responsible for user experience with intuititive UI solutions supporting business needs. The qualified professional will have experience with the product design and hands-on UI/UX design experience in Logistics and Ecommerce domain. Roles & Responsibilities: UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs for e-commerce platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging user experience across desktop and mobile. Collaborate with CrossFunctional Teams: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure design consistency, feasibility, and alignment with project goals. E-commerce Focus: Design for e-commerce websites and apps, optimizing user journeys, and enhancing the overall shopping experience. Visual Design: Develop high-quality, pixel-perfect visual assets, UI components, and style guides for consistent branding and design across platforms. Responsive Design: Ensure all designs are responsive and adaptive across devices, from desktop to mobile. Iterative Improvement: Use feedback from users and stakeholders to continuously refine and enhance the design, ensuring the best user experience is delivered. Stay Updated: Keep up to date with the latest trends in UI/UX design, e-commerce, and technology to apply innovative solutions. As a person, you are outgoing, enabling you to identify and work with multiple stakeholders. Of course, it is also important to be able to think innovatively and encourage new ways of working. Skills And Qualifications: • An undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university with a focus in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline. • At least 3-4 years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in the e-commerce domain. Design Tools: Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, React JS/Angular knowledge. Prototyping: Experience with prototyping. User-Centric Design: Strong understanding of user-centric design principles and methodologies, with an emphasis on creating functional and accessible user experiences. E-commerce Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce best practices, UI patterns, and conversion optimization strategies. Wireframing & User Flows: Experience in creating wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, and interactive prototypes. Cross-Platform Design: Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms (iOS/Android). Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to bring designs to life Attention to Detail: Strong eye for detail with a focus on consistency and pixel-perfect design. Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex design problems. Behaviour Skill: • Professional who is Service minded and customer driven • Great interpersonal skills, with good command over spoken and written English • Self-motivated, organized. • Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Must be able to work in a team environment to meet strict deadlines and compliance criteria defined by different teams. • Ability to work under pressure and multitasking.
