IT Project & Product Manager- Remote/Online/Work from Home

• Work closely with the development team to manage daily tasks, ensuring smooth execution.
• Develop and maintain a project roadmap with clear deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Act as a bridge between developers, testers, and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication.
• Oversee product development, define features & user requirements, and collaborate with the team to bring them to life.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while keeping everything on track.
• Continuously improve processes and ensure high-quality product delivery.

• Familiarity with Development Tools – Jira, Bitbucket, Git, Trello, or similar project management tools.
• Requirement Gathering & Documentation – Writing clear product specs and user stories.

•  A background in Project Management / IT / Software Development / Product Management.
• Basic technical knowledge of software development processes & methodologies.
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and teams efficiently.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well with developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Passion for product development and enhancing user experience.
