• Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues under the guidance of experienced IT staff.
• Support the setup and configuration of IT equipment, including computers, printers, and network devices.
• Participate in ongoing IT projects and help document processes and procedures.
• Conduct research on emerging technologies and present findings to the team.
• Help manage user accounts and assist with onboarding new employees.
• Provide general administrative support to the IT department as needed.
• Learn and apply best practices in IT service delivery and support.
