Supporting the implementation and business-as-usual running of R&D networks, infrastructure and systems to allow the connectivity and flow of data from the testing instruments in the laboratories through to enterprise applications
Collaborating with the Architecture team and external partners to adapt network blueprints for each specific laboratory across Reckitt globally, working closely with these partners on the roll out and ongoing support.
The elaboration, analysis, documentation and testing of product requirements (eg. Features, user stories)
Identifying relevant validation, security and compliance requirements that need to be adhered to as part of product development
Producing site/lab assessments to review and document gaps that need to be addressed in the backlog, providing clarity on priorities and benefits
Working with the R&D and lab teams to develop, update and test business continuity plans.
Technical skills & qualifications:
Experience of working as a Technical Analyst and in managing cyber resilient networks
Strong business domain knowledge and business acumen related to R&D processes and familiar with IT standards and controls
Abreast of latest technology trends and the opportunities / risks they present to the business domain
Proven expertise in analysing and breaking down problems and information using structured frameworks and methodologies
Strong knowledge of software engineering, information risk, security guidelines, and architecture standards
Strong understanding of requirements elicitation and management techniques
Advanced user of requirements management tools, such as ADO
Experience of supporting or working with R&D or laboratory applications, such as LIMS or CDS, would be beneficial
Experience of service management, eg. change and incident management for applications
Knowledge of validation documentation requirements, such as Validation and Test Plans, IQ / OQ /PQ or other relevant documentation required in SDLC for GxP applications
