We're searching for a forward-thinking IT & D Manager, Platform / Solution Architect to join Reckitt's IT & Digital team — a team acknowledged for keeping us interconnected in an ever-evolving digital landscape. Your role will encompass creating cutting-edge end-to-end solutions and strategising closely with business and IT stakeholders. • Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures for digital manufacturing, integrating IoT and OT, while leveraging advanced technologies such as Private 5G, SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA and SDN to ensure high availability and support for edge computing and hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Implement cutting-edge security technologies, such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), endpoint protection, and network segmentation, to safeguard OT networks.
• Oversee the deployment of network infrastructure across global manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless integration between IT and OT systems.
• Manage integration of IT and OT networks while maintaining robust security and compliance standards.
• Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations, including IEC 62443 and NIST, for manufacturing environments.
• Design and implement secure, scalable, and resilient network architectures for digital manufacturing, integrating IoT and OT, while leveraging advanced technologies such as Private 5G, SD-WAN, SASE, ZTNA and SDN to ensure high availability and support for edge computing and hybrid IT/OT environments.
• Manage integration of IT and OT networks while maintaining robust security and compliance standards.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience as a Network Architect, designing and managing network infrastructure.
• Proven track record of integrating IT and OT networks for manufacturing or industrial operations.
• Extensive experience in designing and securing OT networks, devices, and systems within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) or Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE).
• Experience with security tools and technologies, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, endpoint security, and network segmentation for OT systems.
• Familiarity with Industrial Control Systems (ICS), SCADA, and IoT architectures.
• Proficiency in implementing software-defined access (SD-Access) and policy-driven network segmentation.
