Investment Banking Associate

A distinguished Private Equity/Venture Capital firm based in Pakistan, assumes a pivotal advisory role in investment management, deal structuring, and the launch and scaling of new business ventures. Job description:


  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support transaction execution.
  • Prepare pitch materials, presentations, and client documents.


  • Assist in the execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and valuation.
  • Perform market research and industry analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with senior bankers to develop strategic solutions for clients.
  • Manage and mentor Analysts, providing guidance and support in their development.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing analytical insights and recommendations.
  • Support business development efforts by identifying potential clients and sectors.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; CFA preferred.
  • 3-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, or corporate finance.
  • Financial Modeling, Finance, and Valuation skills


  • Should be able to independently write investment memorandums, do sector research, prepare investment committee presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial software.


  • Experience in Due Diligence and Analytical Skills


  • Strong understanding of financial markets and investment strategies
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis abilities


  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Experience
: 3-4 years


Work Timings: 9am-5pm


Work Days: Monday- Friday


Work Mode: Onsite


Location: Karachi
