What is Inside Sales Expert about?


We are seeking a motivated and results driven Inside Sales Expert with deep expertise in Cloud and Cybersecurity technologies. As an integral part of Solution Consulting, you will be responsible for identifying, prospecting, and closing sales opportunities within the cloud and cybersecurity space. The ideal candidate is self-driven, passionate about technology, and has a strong ability to engage and educate clients on the benefits of our solutions.


Requirements


What does Inside Sales Expert do?


Sales Prospecting & Lead Generation: 


  • Identify and reach out to new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, digital platforms and social media outreach.
  • Qualify inbound leads from marketing efforts, ensuring high-quality engagement and follow-up.
  • Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential customers.

 Product Expertise & Consultative Selling: 


  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Cloud and Cybersecurity products and services.
  • Educate and guide customers through our solutions, demonstrating how our offerings meet their specific needs and pain points.
  • Deliver personalized product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept sessions.
    Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate solution design and alignment with customer requirements.

 Customer Relationship Management:


  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

 Collaboration & Teamwork:


  • Work closely with marketing, product, and platform teams to stay informed about new solutions, industry trends, and competitive intelligence.
  • Share insights and feedback from customers to continuously improve the sales approach.

Market Analysis & Strategy:


  • Stay up-to-date on Cloud and Cybersecurity trends, market demands, and competitors.
  • Use this knowledge to help refine sales strategies and effectively position our products in the marketplace.

Qualifications


Experience: 3+ years of experience in inside sales, with a focus on Cloud, Cybersecurity, or related technology solutions. Previous experience selling SaaS or enterprise software is a plus.


 Skills:


Strong understanding of Cloud Computing & Technologies including Private & Public clouds (e.g., VMware, OpenShift, Oracle, AWS) and Cybersecurity concepts (Parameter security, Network Security, Endpoint Security etc.).
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to build relationships and close sales.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.


Certifications: Industry-recognized cybersecurity or OEM-specific certifications.


Customer-Centric Approach: A customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand and address client challenges, providing valuable solutions and guidance.
