Job Title: Implementation Delivery Manager
Location: DHA Phase8, Lahore


Job Responsibilities:


Job Summary:


We are looking for a skilled Implementation Delivery Manager who has responsibility for overseeing data/integration, planning and allocating resources, and ensuring successful project delivery, all while leveraging project management expertise. The ability to combine resource management of project teams is essential. This role blends the strategic oversight of resource allocation with the daily responsibilities of guiding the team, ensuring smooth implementation project execution and alignment with business goals. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders to manage project resources, plan capacity, facilitate team processes, and oversee operations from inception to delivery.


Key Responsibilities:


Develop Project Plans: Collaborate with Project Managers, Product to establish clear objectives, schedules, and realistic timelines. Dependencies and Resourcing needs.


Resource Allocation: Assign personnel, budgets, and technology assets to projects based on skillsets, experience, and availability, ensuring effective utilization.


Capacity Planning: Ensure the company has adequate resource capacity to meet upcoming project demands while monitoring workload and utilization levels.


Monitor Resource Utilization: Track the day-to-day use of resources, ensuring proper allocation, managing conflicts, and identifying opportunities for reallocation as necessary.


Conflict Resolution: Address any resource conflicts, reallocate team members as needed, and alert senior management to any resourcing issues affecting project timelines or deliverables.


Risk Identification and Mitigation: Identify potential risks related to resources and capacity, developing strategies to mitigate issues and maintain project momentum.


Lead Team Stand-Ups: Facilitate daily stand-ups, planning sessions, reviews, and retrospectives for crossfunctional teams, ensuring that team processes are followed.


Planning and Progress Tracking: Collaborate with teams to create achievable goals and track progress against objectives, ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.


Blocker Removal: Work with internal stakeholders to remove impediments that may slow down the team’s progress.


Performance Metrics: Track team performance using metrics like velocity, progress charts, and work completed to drive continuous improvement.


Technical Guidance and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to ensure high quality output and professional growth.


Recruitment and Development: Lead efforts in recruiting new team members, ensuring the right mix of skills and cultural fit. Develop the team by identifying training needs and opportunities for career growth and fostering an environment that encourages learning and innovation.


Performance Management: Conduct performance reviews, provide regular feedback, and help team members stay aligned with project goals and company culture.


Collaboration and Communication: Build strong relationships with internal teams to ensure alignment on resourcing, project updates, and any necessary adjustments to plans or timelines
* The excellent English communication skills are required to communicate with the US &Australian team members.
