We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Human Resource- Payroll Specialist

Principal responsibilities

• Is responsible for administering the overall operation of the payroll process.
• Implement meticulous checks and controls in the team.
• Continuously look for ways to improve the process efficiency.
• Is responsible for be updated with new policies and legislation changes to ensure accuracy in payments and full compliance with legislative requirements.
• Is responsible for building development plan for payroll process.
• Is responsible for making further improvements on controls to reduce the operation cost.
• Is responsible for ensuring the Business Contingency plan is well planned and tested.
• Is responsible for ensuring all service-related documents are reviewed and signed with stakeholders regularly. 
• To support the various changes happening in onshore entities, payroll team is not only required to provide payroll service but also required to recommend payroll solutions.
• Payroll team needs to enhance the payroll risk control and meet the payroll regulatory requirement during the payroll transformation.
