Job Title: HubSpot Automation Specialist  - seeking an individual who can effectively leverage HubSpot's CRM platform to streamline sales processes, improve data management, and ultimately drive revenue growth. 


Responsibilities: 


  • HubSpot CRM Management:
  • Implementing, customizing, and optimizing HubSpot CRM workflows.
  • Managing and maintaining the CRM database to ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
  • Creating and managing dashboards and reports to track key sales metrics and provide insights to sales leadership.
  • Collaboration and Training:
  • Working closely with sales, marketing, and other departments to ensure seamless data flow and integration across the organization.
  • Providing training and support to sales team members on HubSpot CRM usage and best practices.
  • Keeping up-to-date on new HubSpot features and functionalities.
  • Data Management and Analysis:
  • Ensuring data integrity within HubSpot and implementing data quality control measures.
  • Analyzing sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Generating reports and presentations to communicate insights to sales leadership.
  • Sales Process Optimization:
  • Designing and implementing new workflows and automation within to streamline activities.
  • Developing and documenting best practices for Sales Process.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working with HubSpot CRM, ideally with relevant certifications (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software Certification, HubSpot CRM Administration Certification).
  • Experience working with/ability and desire to learn GONG Solution
  • Experience working with/ability and desire to learn PandaDocs Solution
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:


  • CRM Expertise: Deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including workflows, lead scoring, contact management, and reporting.
  • Data Management: Strong data management skills, including data entry, data cleansing, and data analysis.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with sales teams and other departments.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and troubleshoot issues within HubSpot CRM and find effective solutions.
