Responsibilities
Handle job postings, candidate screening, data management, and offer drafting, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
Facilitate smooth new employee integration, including administrative setup, orientation, and training support.
Coordinate pre-employment medical screenings and handle OPD/IPD claims in collaboration with medical service providers.
Maintains electronic employee files.
Maintain adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies in all activities.
Address employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate support.
Assist the Line Manager with performance management, employee engagement, and other key initiatives.
