ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute IR/ER strategies aligned with operational goals and mining regulations, leading labor union negotiations for productive agreements. Ensure compliance with labor laws, oversee labor disputes and grievances, and act as a liaison between management, employees, and the local community. Investigate and resolve complex employee relations issues, implement consistent disciplinary procedures, provide guidance to management on sensitive matters, and maintain accurate records and reports on industrial and employee relations.
