ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with laws and industry standards. Collaborate with legal and audit teams to address compliance issues. Create a digital HR roadmap aligned with strategic goals, leading HR digitalization efforts including HRIS implementation. Conduct salary surveys for competitive compensation, manage employee benefits, and oversee external contractors' compliance. Prepare budget reports, coordinate with payroll service providers, and manage employee lifecycle processes within the HRIS.
