Job Description:


We are hiring an HR Generalist to manage key HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills, an understanding of labor laws, and the ability to foster a positive work environment. This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to support both employees and business objectives.


Responsibilities:


  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards and labor laws.
  • Manage employee records, benefits administration, and payroll coordination.
  • Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive workplace environment.
  • Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback sessions.
  • Organize training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Assist in employee engagement activities, team-building events, and culture-building initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with HR best practices and labor regulations.


  • Maintain HR reports and analytics to support decision-making.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


  • Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Work Mode: Onsite - Full Time


Location: Karachi


Experience: 3+ years


Days: Monday to Friday


Timing:


1pm-10pm for males


11am-8pm for females
