HR Data Analytics: Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to support decision-making and strategy development. Generate meaningful insights from HR metrics, such as recruitment efficiency, retention rates, and workforce productivity to build dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Recruitment Support: Assist in analyzing recruitment data to identify patterns and improve hiring efficiency. Track applicant data and prepare reports on hiring trends and timelines.
People Analytics, Employee Engagement, and Performance: Monitor and analyze employee satisfaction survey results to identify areas of improvement. Support in tracking and evaluating employee performance data to ensure alignment with business goals.
Process Optimization: Use data to identify inefficiencies in HR processes and recommend improvements. Support the HR team in digitizing and automating manual processes where applicable.
QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
0-1 years of experience in HR, data analytics, or related roles.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
