Responsibilities

Design and implement health and wellbeing programs to promote employee wellness.
Conduct regular assessments of employee health and wellbeing needs and evaluate the effectiveness of programs.
Provide training sessions and workshops on health-related topics, including nutrition, exercise, and stress management.
Offer one-on-one support and counseling to employees regarding health issues and lifestyle changes.
Work closely with management to integrate wellbeing initiatives into the workplace culture.
Communicate health and wellbeing resources and initiatives to all employees through newsletters, meetings, and other channels.
Monitor participation in health programs and prepare reports on outcomes and areas for improvement.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed within the workplace.
Manage budgets and resources for health and wellbeing programs effectively.
Foster partnerships with local health organizations to enhance program offerings.
