What is Head of New Sales Public Partnership?
The Head of New Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships with public sector entities, government organizations, and other key stakeholders. This role will focus on creating new business opportunities, fostering long-term relationships, and delivering innovative solutions that align with Jazz’s vision of digital transformation. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceCo landscape spanning from GSM, Data, Fixed connectivity, M2M/IoT, Quantica, and Financial services.
The role reports directly to the Head of B2G with an extended team of 7 members.
What does Head of New Sales Public Partnership do?
· Strategic Leadership
o Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth through public partnerships.
o Identify and prioritize key opportunities in the public sector, including government projects, tenders, and initiatives.
o Build and maintain a robust pipeline of new business opportunities.
· New Revenue Generation
o Achieve and exceed sales targets by securing high-value contracts and partnerships.
o Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue streams.
o Align Jazz’s offerings with the evolving needs of public sector clients by integrating cutting-edge technology solutions.
o Prepare and present compelling proposals, presentations, and business cases to potential partners.
· Cross-Functional Collaboration
o Work closely with Product, Service Delivery, CRA and Public Advocacy teams to align offerings with market demands.
o Ensure seamless execution of partnership agreements and deliverables.
o Provide regular updates to senior management on sales performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives.
· Compliance & Governance
o Ensure all partnerships and contracts comply with legal, regulatory requirements and company policies.
o Ensure management of accurate records of sales activities, contracts, and client interactions.

Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or ICT field. An MBA with ICT knowledge is preferred.
· Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership management, with a focus on the public sector.
· Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-value accounts.
· Strong understanding of the public sector landscape in Pakistan, including government procurement processes and regulations.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
· Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
