As we continue to scale, we are seeking an experienced Head of HR / HR Manager to take charge of our human resources function, ensuring a thriving, productive, and well-managed workplace.


Job Overview:

The Head of HR will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. This role requires strong leadership and experience in managing e-commerce-related roles, such as creative, advertising, and executive leadership teams. The ideal candidate will proactively handle office operations, HR policies, and staff well-being, allowing senior leadership to focus on strategic growth.
Key Responsibilities:


1. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
  • Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent for creative, advertising, and leadership roles.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and selection.
  • Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and build a strong talent pipeline.
2. Employee Onboarding & Engagement
  • Create and implement comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure a seamless integration for new hires.
  • Foster a positive company culture by organizing employee engagement initiatives.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and surveys to ensure employee satisfaction and address concerns proactively.
3. Performance Management & Reviews
  • Develop and implement structured quarterly performance review processes.
  • Work closely with managers to set clear KPIs and career development goals for employees.
  • Provide coaching and HR support to managers to enhance team performance.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
  • Maintain and update HR policies and procedures in line with company goals and local labor laws.
  • Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and attendance management.
  • Address employee relations issues and mediate conflicts effectively.
5. Office Management & Employee Well-being
  • Manage day-to-day office operations and resolve any workplace issues promptly.
  • Implement health, safety, and well-being initiatives to enhance the work environment.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between remote and on-site teams to foster collaboration.
6. Strategic HR Leadership

Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.


Provide data-driven insights and reports to senior management for informed decision-making.


Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and trends to improve processes continually.
