Responsibilities
  • Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a comprehensive ecommerce strategy, including revenue plans and performance targets, aligned with organizational goals.
  • P&L Ownership: Manage the ecommerce P&L, optimizing ROI and ensuring sustainable growth.
  • Portfolio & Partnerships: Collaborate with category management to maintain a competitive product portfolio and explore partnerships for marketplaces, payment, and logistics solutions.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor teams across sales operations, UI/UX, and technology to ensure alignment with business goals and seamless execution.
  • Platform Optimization: Enhance the Shopify-based platform for improved functionality, scalability, and customer-centric design.
  • Marketing Collaboration: Design and implement marketing campaigns with SEO, PPC, social media, and email to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to monitor performance, optimize campaigns, and enhance the customer journey.
  • Customer Experience: Continuously refine ecommerce offerings based on customer feedback to deliver exceptional pre- and post-purchase experiences
