HRSI is currently hiring for "Head Of Consumer" for one of the leading Consumer Distribution network across Pakistan.
The Head of Consumer will be responsible for developing and implementing distribution strategies to enhance market reach, leading and managing the distribution team to achieve performance goals, optimizing supply chain processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Education: MBA in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Location: Karachi

Salary: 300K - 400K
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Implement Distribution Strategies: Formulate and execute effective distribution strategies to enhance market penetration and product availability. Identify and target new distribution channels to expand the brands reach.

• Manage Team Performance: Lead, mentor, and develop the distribution team to ensure high performance and alignment with company goals. Set performance objectives, monitor progress, and provide regular feedback and support.

• Optimize Supply Chain Processes: Oversee supply chain operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve overall distribution efficiency.

• Drive Growth in Product Distribution Channels: Analyze market trends and customer needs to drive growth in existing and new distribution channels. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retailers, distributors, and logistics partners.
