About the job Head of Business Operations (Staff Augmentation):
Client Company Introduction:
The company is a trusted leading developer of Web, Mobile, and Telecom related applications and solutions in the Middle East and Pakistan. The company was established in 2001, with a focus towards design and development of innovative solutions for this converging market of Web, Mobile and Telecom . In addition to our own product development, we offer custom development services and system integration for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
Experience:
Minimum of 6+years of experience in resource augmentation, staffing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of managing large-scale resource deployment for software development projects.
Experience working in a software house or technology-focused environment is highly desirable.
· Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
In-depth understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in software development and resource management.
Anything or any other work that the managers hands over as well.

Work Days: Monday - Friday
