About the Role:


Requirements


  • Define and execute the overall brand strategy to enhance market positioning and brand equity.
  • Oversee the creation, launch, and management of new brands and products.
  • Lead the planning and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL, and PR).
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent across all advertising, promotions, and communications.
  • Collaborate with the Lead creative operation team to develop all marketing collaterals and activities
  • Define KPIs and brand performance metrics to track success and ROI.
  • Oversee the budgeting and allocation of brand marketing expenses.
  • Ensure brand compliance and governance across all business units and regions.
  • Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholdersincluding Sales, Finance, Product Development, and Digital Marketingto drive seamless brand alignment
  • In charge of fostering a healthy working culture for the brands team
  • Responsible for hiring and managing talent for the team Qualifications/Skills
  • Bachelors/Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Brand Management.
  • 8 years of experience in branding, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in FMCG, Retail, Tech, or Hospitality.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling brands successfully.
  • Strong brand storytelling and strategic thinking.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, PR, and campaign execution.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in consumer research and performance tracking.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive innovation.

Experience: 8+ years


Working Days &Timings : Monday to Friday (Flexible Hours)


Location: DHA Phase 6, Karachi
