The Head of Presales - AdTech & Quantica is responsible for leading the presales team to support and drive the technical sales process for AdTech & Quantica solutions. This role will require close collaboration with sales, product, and platform teams, providing thought leadership and deep technical expertise to secure new business and ensure customer success. Head of Presales - AdTech & Quantica will be responsible for leading a high-performing team of technical presales experts to support the sales organization in driving new business and expanding existing customer accounts. This position will leverage deep knowledge of AdTech & Quantica technologies and industry-specific use cases to craft innovative, scalable solutions that meet customer needs. Head of Presales - AdTech & Quantica leadership will ensure alignment between sales, product, platform and delivery teams, enabling a seamless and impactful customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the presales team, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills, tools, and resources to support sales efforts.
• Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements, develop technical proposals, and present tailored AdTech & Quantica solutions to clients.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with product management, R&D, and marketing teams to ensure AdTech & Quantica solutions are aligned with customer needs and market trends.
• Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about the competitive landscape and contribute to the development of competitive positioning and messaging for AdTech & Quantica offerings.
• Pre-sales Strategy & Process Improvement: Develop and implement presales strategies, including best practices, processes, and tools to increase efficiency and win rates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in SAAS/PAAS/Analytics solutions presales.
• Strong understanding of AdTech & Quantica architecture, platforms, cloud computing, and edge computing technologies.
• Expertise in key AdTech & Quantica protocols (e.g., MQTT, CoAP, HTTP, etc.) and connectivity technologies (e.g., 5G, LoRaWAN, Bluetooth, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics platforms, machine learning integration, and data processing in an AdTech & Quantica context.
• Knowledge of enterprise IT systems, enterprise integration, and security challenges in AdTech & Quantica environments.
