Job Role / Responsibilities:
You are required to:
  • providing leadership in executing quality patient care by improving patients clinical outcomes
  • Ensuring patient focused care by improving coordination through a multidisciplinary team
  • approach for 24/07 operations striving for continuous quality improvement in patient care
  • supporting staff development activities of all employees 
  • managing Human and material resources of the assigned service
  • ability to build more efficient, effective and highly motivated team to work for the patient care service.

Eligibility Criteria / Requirements:
You should have:
  • Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing (BScN) from an accredited school
  • minimum 3 - 5 years of clinical experience 
  • valid license from Pakistan Nursing Council
  • certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, Tool Training, Advance Life Support (ACLS)
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
  • willing to work in shift duties  
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • willingness to work in shifts.certification in BLS, CPR, Safe Medication Administration, I/V Cannulation, ECG Interpretation and Aseptic Techniques
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • willingness to do shift duties.
