Job Purpose:


The Guest Relation Executive will be responsible for ensuring that guests have an excellent experience from the moment they enter the restaurant until they leave. The role involves managing reservations, greeting guests, addressing queries or complaints, and coordinating with the service team to ensure a seamless dining experience.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Greet guests warmly as they arrive and manage the seating process.
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between the front desk and service team to enhance the guest experience.
  • Manage reservations, ensuring proper guest flow and minimizing wait times.
  • Maintain guest records and provide personalized service for returning guests.
  • Assist in promoting special events, offers, and loyalty programs to guests.
  • Stay updated on menu offerings and provide suggestions or information to guests.
  • Ensure a pleasant dining environment by checking on guests and addressing any additional requests they may have.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain service standards and create a positive atmosphere.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience in guest relations or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive, customer-service-oriented attitude.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Knowledge of reservation systems and basic restaurant operations is an advantage.
