Job Description

The role involves working within a team to create mobile-optimized imagery and infographics for global FMCG clients, aligning with CGI and marketing image workflows. You will develop visual content for suppliers and retailers, adhering to industry-standard specifications and fulfilling bespoke client requests. As a Mobile Optimized Imagery (MOI) & Infographics Specialist, you will use Adobe software such as Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality imagery, while consistently meeting personal and daily targets for both volume and quality.


Job Description


  • Design and create optimized imagery, infographics, and visual content for creative services like Infographics and Mobile Optimize Imaginary (MOI).
  • Ensure adherence to industry graphic standards and brand guidelines while working with bespoke client requests.
  • Collaborate with the Mobile Optimize Imaginary (MOI) & Infographics team to maintain quality and consistency.
  • Understand and meet client expectations, working to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Share knowledge within the team, support training efforts, and create training materials when necessary.
  • Identify and escalate process issues, proposing solutions for improvement.
  • Provide flexibility in workload, supporting other processes and projects as needed.

Qualifications
  • Certificate, diploma, or equivalent experience in a relevant field, with strong expertise in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Solid graphic design knowledge with a creative approach.
  • Good teamwork, collaboration, and communication skills.
  • Strong time management, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
  • Good understanding of data confidentiality.
  • Ability to create and deliver clear guidelines and training materials for the team.
  • At least 2 years of relevant experience.
