About the role

Your responsibilities
  • Build and lead a high performing multifunctional shared service centre / centre of excellence in Hyderabad with a critical focus on building a talented team with a strong customer centric approach
  • Build connected centres of excellence initially focussed on service delivery, data quality and project management but with likely expansion into further areas such as Blackline and Concur – scope of service to be determined
  • Through collaboration with other GFS teams identify additional services to be delivered from the centre
  • Drive an operational excellence culture aligned to the overall GFS vision
  • Drive continuous improvement in all areas through a focus on best practice and automation / standardisation initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with other GFS leaders and market finance manage seamless transition of services from other areas of GFS into the India Hub
  • Adhoc projects supporting the GFS Director.


The experience we're looking for
  • Proven leadership skills in building, developing and retaining high performing offshore teams, including the provision of coaching and feedback
  • Extensive experience of building and leading India based finance shared services teams
  • Experience of working internationally in finance leadership positions preferably in large complex and fast moving multinational businesses
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA is preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale projects and managing large teams.
  • Ability to analyse complex problems and identify proactive solutions and implement change in a team-oriented environment.
