General Manager Security

COMPANY OVERVIEW 

A reputed Exploration & Production Company invites applications for the position of General Manager (Security).

The candidate should be a highly experienced retired Army Officer not below the rank of Brigadier with at least 24 years of distinguished service who should have completed the Pakistan Staff Course and served in an intelligence setup.

The candidate should have

• Strong background in threat assessment, security operations and surveillance strategies.
• Experience in handling land-related matters efficiently.
• Expertise to conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective actions.
• Ability to develop and maintain crisis management and business continuity plans.

The selected candidate will be offered a 03 years contract employment extendable by mutual consent, with market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and Company policy.

The candidate should be not more than 55 years of age as of the last date of submission of application. (Age relaxation will be applicable)
