If you are a good fit for the role, we will be getting in touch with you for the next steps.You'll support global Digital Asset Management & Workfront operations, ensuring digital assets are efficiently cataloged, tagged, and maintained. You'll streamline content workflows, uphold asset governance, and ensure DAM & Workfront systems function as key components of the content strategy. This role is about crafting a structured, scalable system that enables teams to access and use assets optimally. You'll chip in to short-term goals like content reporting and workflow efficiency, while also driving long-term improvements in campaign efficiency through better asset utilization and governance. Additionally, user onboarding and develop content management ecosystem.Your key responsibilities will include:Catalog and tag digital assets with accurate metadata, ensuring easy searchability and organization.Conduct quality checks to ensure assets meet metadata standards, rights management, and folder structures.Coordinate asset reusability governance, ensuring assets align with brand guidelines and are used efficiently.Assist in project and task management within Workfront, ensuring timely alignment with deadlines and the work that needs to be done.Provide onboarding training for new users and serve as the first point of contact for DAM and Workfront queries, resolving issues and advancing when vital.Generate and analyze reports on asset usage, metadata accuracy, offering insights to optimize asset performance and campaign efficiency.Conduct regular audits, maintain asset relevance, and archive outdated content to ensure DAM system integrity.What are we looking for? 3-5 years of experience working with DAM systems, metadata standards, databases, and rights management; expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe Workfront.Strong grasp of standard processes for DAM, taxonomies, naming conventions, and metadata standards.Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Bridge, InDesign) in pre-production; understanding of color models, ICC profiles, and digital rights management (DRM).Familiarity with SEO/SEM, AEM Workflow, Metadata Models, and Adobe Asset Link, with strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; AEM certifications (Assets Developer or Business Practitioner) are a plus.Experience in digital marketing, web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and working in large organizations with strong interpersonal and project management skills.What we offer you?We offer a market leading annual performance bonus (subject to eligibility)Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentivesYour journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
