Full-Stack Engineer

We are looking for a Full-Stack Engineer (IC2) to join our R&D engineering team. In this role, you will work on building and maintaining scalable features across the Cloudways platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, take ownership of your work, and contribute to improving the overall developer experience.

• Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance features using React (and related JavaScript frameworks) on the frontend.
• Work with PHP and Node.js on the backend to build APIs, services, and platform integrations.
• Ensure seamless functionality across the stack, troubleshooting and optimizing where necessary.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Take ownership of features from design to deployment, ensuring best practices in coding and architecture.
• Work with Linux-based environments to deploy and maintain applications (basic understanding required).
• Communicate effectively in English, sharing ideas, documenting processes, and supporting teammates.

• 2+ years of experience in full-stack development.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Proficiency in React (and related JS frameworks/libraries like Next.js, Redux, or Vue).
• Strong backend experience with PHP (Laravel/Symfony preferred) and Node.js.
• Basic Linux experience (understanding server environments, basic CLI commands).
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English—clear, concise, and effective collaboration.
• Team player with a willingness to support and learn from others.
