Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Front-End Consultant/Developer with a strong background in mobile development for a part-time position. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in mobile app development, with expertise in cross-platform coding frameworks such as Flutter or React Native. You will be responsible for working on mobile applications for both iOS and Android, deploying apps, and leading teams to deliver high-quality solutions. The role requires working onsite for 4 days a week, with 1 day remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain mobile applications using Flutter or React Native for iOS and Android platforms.
  
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, performant, and scalable apps.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement mobile solutions.
  
• Lead a team of developers, ensuring smooth execution of both business and technical aspects of the project.
  
• Oversee the deployment process for mobile apps on both iOS and Android stores.
  
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize code to improve application performance.
  
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to mobile development.

Key Requirements:

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in mobile development, with strong expertise in Flutter and/or React Native.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficient in front-end mobile development technologies and cross-platform frameworks (Flutter/React Native).
  
• Deployment: Proven experience deploying apps on both iOS and Android platforms.
  
• Leadership: Previous experience leading teams on both business and technological fronts.
  
• Availability: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote, working from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
  
• Location: Must be available to work onsite in Sindhi Muslim Block A.
