Job title: Financial Controller
Reporting to: CEO
Skills & Expertise Required:
-Qualified Chartered Accountant from recognized institute and member of ICAP and/or ACCA member or
-Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or related fields, preferably with professional qualification such as Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Chartered Accountant (CA),Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) or equivalent.
-Minimum 10 years of experience in treasury, investment and fund management, or controllership-related positions in a banking/financial institution with good knowledge of & exposure to NBFC rules &
regulations.
-Strong familiarity with IAS/IFRS standards
-Ability to interact and communicate effectively across organizational boundaries, government officials and regulatory bodies
-Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.

-End to end finance and accounting/ financial and management reporting
-Capital Resources Management
-Income, payments, cash flow, liquidity, asset management, budget management
-Regulatory and tax management
