About the job Financial and Business Controller
About the company: We are hiring for a Sweden-based company in Karachi for the interpreting and language industry.
Job Description:
Review financial reports to ensure that they are correct and complete.Manage and monitor financial control systems.Consult with business units by providing the financial views for business plans, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), process development, and so on, and ensure we are tracking the relevant KPIs.Develop and implement methods, systems, and decision-making models.Prepare financial models for investment, and scrutinize different entities' compliance to accounting best practices.Implement controls to ensure compliance with laws and regulations regarding financial reporting and disclosures.Evaluate and appraise investments, capital expenditures, and financing of projects and provide guidance and recommendations.Oversee business control, planning, and management reporting.Understand what is happening in the market and proactively act by contributing to updated forecasts.Analyze business processes and report them to management.Analyze financial data to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and risks as well as pricing of current and upcoming deals.Forecast future investment or resource needs.Assist in the development and implementation of strategies on sustainability and environmental cost accounting.
