Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and guide our financial planning. The Finance Manager will be responsible for managing the company’s finances, including financial planning, management of financial risks, record-keeping, and financial reporting. They will also be responsible for analyzing financial data and providing insights to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
· Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
· Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
· Conduct financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
· Provide financial analysis and insights to support decision-making.
Financial Reporting:
· Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with regulatory standards.
· Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
· Coordinate with external auditors and manage the annual audit process.
Cash Flow Management:
· Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow.
· Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes.
· Ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs.
Risk Management:
· Identify and manage financial risks.
· Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets.
· Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Team Leadership:
· Lead and manage the finance team, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
· Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
