Overview To achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent planning, organizing, supervising and participating in daily warehouse operation and activities, including safe receipt, retrieval and timely dispatch of Finish Goods to destination in accordance with health, safety and FEFO requirements while complying all PepsiCo policies, food safety, AIB and adhering to strict inventory control and record keeping. Responsibilities Ensure the warehouse operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping Oversee daily operations, while controlling and managing inventory and logistics Review and prepare workflow, manning and space requirements, equipment layout, and action plans while ensuring productivity, quality and customer service standards are met Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures and complying with PepsiCo standards. Executing a daily distributor wise dispatch plan as per their exact required avg. Sharing daily outbound reports with the all stakeholders to keep them posted on daily FGWH operations. Ensuring that distributors’ orders are served as per FEFO and within stock dispatching timelines. Ensuring the implementation of food defense system requirements in FGWH for delivering AIB 900+ score. Ensure the efficient and effective utilization of warehouse Labor Head Count, warehouse storage to manage within FGWH AOP cost. Ensure the implementation of comprehensive system of inventory management to avoid any SKU wise mixing issues and to ensure to minimize the monthly stock count difference Develop new ways of working that can significantly reduce any additional work burden, and eventually Over Time Ensure 100% timely weekly and monthly Line Walks to identify the opportunity area / unsafe acts as well as in building safety culture and living Safety Standards Train, supervise and evaluate the performance of assigned warehouse employees; assign workloads to warehouse workers. Ensure the efficient and effective use of warehouse MHE’s by conducting MHE’s audit and ensure decided operating compliance. Manage and oversee all warehouse activities, ensure efficient processes, and maximize warehouse productivity. Actively notice, support, and reinforce safe work practices, EHS job procedures, and desired EHS behaviors of employees Confront all unsafe behaviors immediately Know the potential hazards and environmental impacts and necessary control measures for their job Make EHS satisfying and rewarding to employees Display and develop a positive attitude toward EHS Maintain an open line of communication with employees regarding EHS Remove obstacles and constraints to working safely Demonstrate safe behavior and work procedures Ensure effective implementation of all Environmental, Health & Safety and regulatory requirements as per PepsiCo’s GEHSMS standards Report all hazards, accidents, injuries, illnesses, emergencies, spills, collisions, etc. In addition to these accountabilities, any task/assignment/project assigned by Line Manager will become part of JD. Ensure compliance of HSE rules and procedure as per PepsiCo safety policy Qualifications Knowledge/Skill Experience Competencies · Master’s degree in Business OR minimum graduation with relevant experience · Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management · Proficiency of warehouse software application packages (SAP) and Microsoft Office. · Knowledge of Food safety and HSE procedures and protocol. · 4-5 years relevant work experience in a Finished Good Ware House with FMCG. · GMPs of Warehousing · Stock Reconciliation · Cycle count Posting · Leadership Skills · Organizational qualities · Time management skills · Problem-solving skills · Strong communication & interpersonal skills · Ability to retrieve, analyze, and present data · People Management
