Exports Manager

We are seeking an experienced Exports Manager to lead and manage our export operations as we expand our business internationally, including through Amazon and other global platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in export documentation, shipping & freight forwarding, agreement finalization, and order planning & fulfillment. This role will act as the primary point of contact for all export-related activities, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations and optimizing logistics for seamless order fulfillment.

• Export Documentation & Compliance:
  • Manage all export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and customs declarations.
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, local export laws, and Amazon Global Selling policies.
  • Coordinate with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and third-party logistics providers to ensure smooth shipments.
• Shipping & Freight Forwarding:
  • Negotiate contracts with freight forwarders, carriers, and logistics providers for cost-effective and timely shipments.
  • Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and issue resolution.
  • Manage logistics partners and evaluate their performance to optimize shipping routes and costs.
• Agreement Finalization & Vendor Coordination:
  • Draft and review export agreements, service-level agreements (SLAs), and terms with international buyers and logistics partners.
  • Work closely with finance and legal teams to ensure payment terms, trade agreements, and risk management measures are in place.
• Order Planning & Fulfillment:
  • Oversee end-to-end order processing, ensuring accuracy in inventory management, warehouse coordination, and dispatch planning.
  • Collaborate with sales, supply chain, and production teams to align order fulfillment with business goals.
