On this journey, you will report to “Head, Rider Experience”.
Job Description
- Conduct data-driven analyses to understand rider behavior and improve retention.
- Contribute to logistics projects to enhance rider retention across PK market, with a focus on preventing churn.
- Conduct and analyse cross-functional experiments to optimise reactivation strategy and minimise churn, while ensuring automation and cost optimisation.
- Develop visualisations from large data sets to support effective decision-making within the team.
- Develop structured communication and loyalty programs to lower rider churn and extend rider tenure.
Qualifications
- 2+ years’ experience in logistics, product operations, or mobility/delivery industries.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability and a proactive approach to operational challenges.
