What is a Expert Product – Platforms?

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic Platform team. As a Product Expert for platforms, your role would be centered on managing, optimizing, and enhancing our core digital financial service platforms like our JazzCash App. Your role will involve ensuring platform enhancements, scalability, and seamless integrations with internal and external systems. Focusing on core consumer products and the app platform, you will work closely with technology, products, and customer experience teams to drive platform enhancements that improve user experience and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of financial apps & platforms, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of strategic projects.

What does a Expert Product - Platforms do?

• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of consumer platforms.
• Work with product managers to define and lead implementations of new features and use cases, ensuring alignment with JazzCash’s strategic goals
• Analyze platform performance metrics and user data to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Act as a bridge between product, technology, and operations teams to align platform improvements with business objectives.
• Advocate for exceptional user experiences by working closely with design teams to ensure intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in product development and deployment & ensure products are launched.

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be a Expert Product – Platforms?

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field
• At least 1-3 years of experience in either platform or consumer domain, preferably in fintech or banking industry.
• Understanding & some expertise in technical integrations, platform strategies, user experience, and business development.
• Have an understanding of agile methodologies, experience would be a plus.
• Acquainted with current trends and emerging technologies within the fintech and payments industries.
• Demonstrated capacity to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Exceptional problem-solving aptitude with a strong analytical mindset.
