What is Expert Operations Support and Reconciliation?

The Expert Operations Support and Reconciliation provides critical assistance to Field Engineers and teams, ensuring the achievement of overall network KPIs.

Key responsibilities include:

• Project management for CAPEX deployment, related to Passive projects, like Solar, DC sharing and Opex saving commitments
• Timely processing of vendor invoices for FLM and Security Services
• Facilitating site fueling-related matters to ensure network availability
• Managing warehouse operations, including Capex issuance Transportation till Disposal of junk material

Requirements

What are we looking for and what does it require to be Expert Operations Support and Reconciliation?

• BSc. Engineering in Electrical / Electronics / Telecom.
• 4-7 years of work experience in the field of Managed Services, Access Network Operations in the Telecommunication industry Specifically at Passive Side.
• Have Knowledge of Oracle Modules for Purchase Request (PR) and Purchase Order ( PO ) processing , to handle the Monthly invoices of FLM and Security Vendors..
• In-depth understanding of Managed Services.
• Expertise in Power infrastructure on BTS Cell Sites, both AC & DC, Rectifiers and RMS troubleshooting.
• Expertise in Diesel Generators Maintenance and overhauling of DGs from 9 to 31 KVA.
• Have Good Knowledge of Solar deployment on cell sites to and to address the Post deployment operational issues.
• Flexibility of working hours in case of operational emergencies.
• Good inter-personal and communication skills.
• Experienced in small to medium level team management
• Good analytical and reporting skills in MS Excel, Power Point, Power Bi and Tableau.
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic hard worker and out of box thinker.
