Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Expert Network Deployment to join our dynamic team in Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in cellular network deployment, with deep expertise in 2G, 4G, 5G technologies, RAN/MW deployment, fiber optics, power/solar systems, IBS, capacity upgrades, and NRO. This senior-level role involves leading the deployment, integration, and optimization of network infrastructure to support our expanding cellular network. The candidate will oversee complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure the highest standards of quality and efficiency in network deployment.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about implementing cutting-edge technologies in cellular networks, with a proven track record in managing large-scale deployments, stakeholder collaboration, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Project Leadership:
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale deployment projects for 2G, 4G, 5G RAN, MW, fiber optics, power/solar systems, IBS, capacity upgrades, and NRO.
- Oversee end-to-end project management, including PIP development, risk management, stakeholder coordination, and quality control.
- Ensure timely and efficient deployment of new rollout sites (NRO) and capacity upgrade projects in collaboration with TowerCos and internal teams.
Technical Expertise and Optimization: - Provide technical leadership in the deployment and integration of network elements, ensuring seamless functionality and minimal downtime.
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting and resolution of complex issues related to BSS, TXN, power, solar systems, IBS, capacity upgrades, and NRO.
- Identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities in Civil Works, Power Solutions, RAN, and Transport Networks, and implement optimization strategies.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: - Collaborate with TowerCos, vendors, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders (RF Planning, Transmission, Power, Logistics, PMO, etc.) to align project goals and ensure successful delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Reporting and Analytics: - Develop and maintain real-time reporting dashboards using tools like Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor and report on project budgets, timelines, and performance metrics to ensure adherence to organizational goals.
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance against industry standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including deployment reports, project trackers, weekly reports, and ATP (acceptance) trackers.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of hands-on experience in network deployment, preferably in a cellular network environment.
- Deep expertise in 2G, 4G, 5G technologies, RAN/MW deployment, fiber optics, power/solar systems, IBS, capacity upgrades, and NRO.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale deployment projects and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Office 365 tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and data visualization tools like Power BI.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
