What is Management Reporting?
The Management Reporting team is part of the Service Delivery Department within the Finance Division. The team is responsible for internal management reporting as well as external financial reporting.
This role reports to the Manager Management Reporting.
What does Expert Management Reporting do?
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements as per IFRS and Companies Act on quarterly and annual basis.
- Perform consolidation and eliminate intercompany transactions and balances.
- Prepare cash-flow statement for internal management reporting.
- Perform Group reporting through HFM.
- Upload data to HFM and prepare balance sheet and profit and loss for Group consolidation.
- Upload balance sheet movements to HFM and generate cash-flow statement.
- Match intercompany balances and transactions with counterpart and identify and resolve differences.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports based on requirements from PTA and other regulators.
Key Deliverables:
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls including documentation and reporting.
- Assist external auditors in provision of data and their inquiries.
- Facilitate all stakeholders and respond to their queries within time.
- Extract and report Ad-hoc information requests from various internal & external departments.
- Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Implementation of new tools to automate processes.
- Identification of areas where digital initiatives can be undertaken.
- Support the implementation of changes in group policies and procedures in accounting.

Requirements
Requirements:
- CA (part qualified) / ACCA with minimum of 4 to 6 years of working experience including Telecom Industry.
- Sound knowledge of relevant International Accounting Standards (IFRS).
- Experience of preparing financial statements, variance analysis and handling of large quantum of data.
- Understanding of financial reporting & closing process.
- Working Experience of ERP specially Oracle and HFM.
- Proficient with MS Office tools
- Strong interpersonal communication & analytical skills
- Time management skills
