What is Expert ESG (Governance-Sustainability)?
The role reports directly to the Head of ESG (Governance-Sustainability).
What does Expert ESG (Governance-Sustainability) do?
Key responsibilities:
- Support setting and execution of ESG goals, targets, and performance indicators across environmental, social, and governance dimensions.
- Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of ESG data, ensuring compliance with local and international sustainability reporting standards.
- Lead initiatives to reduce environmental impact, enhance social responsibility, and promote ethical governance practices.
- Drive innovation in sustainability by exploring new technologies, practices, and partnerships that support long-term sustainable growth.
- Develop and manage community engagement programs and corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives.
- Collaborate with local communities and donor agencies to promote social impact projects, aligning them with the organization’s sustainability mission.
- Prepare presentations, reports, disclosures, and filings, communicating progress to stakeholders, investors, and regulators.
Key Deliverables:
- A thorough integrated report that showcases the company’s performance on environmental, social, and governance factors.
- Regular compliance audits and assessments, with documented evidence of adherence to company policies
- Launch and manage community engagement and CSR initiatives, with regular impact assessments that measure the social and environmental outcomes of these programs.
- Deliver on innovation projects that enhance the company’s sustainability footprint with a report on the outcomes and lessons learned.
- Establishment of partnerships with NGOs, governmental bodies, and other key stakeholders to promote the organization’s sustainability goals, documented by formal agreements and joint projects.

Requirements
- Master’s degree in social sciences/international development.
- Minimum 08 years’ work experience.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement.
- Project management.
- Strategic thinking.
- Excellent presentation skills.
