What is “Expert Digital Product Analytics”?
As a “Expert Digital Product Analytics”, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and innovation through data-driven insights and leading strategic initiatives. The individual will need to have strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders and lead multiple scrums contributing to business acquisition.
Expert Digital Analytics is expected to be a self-driven person who will be able to in a fast-paced environment by developing data supported decisions that address in-house digital apps business challenges.
What does Expert Digital Product Analytics” do?
Responsibilities:
· Proficient in extracting data from the Data Warehouse using SQL and other relevant tools to efficiently address business questions and build robust analyses.
· Conduct comprehensive analysis of digital products (Tamasha, SIMOSA, and other engagement apps) utilizing large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic decisions.
· Demonstrate strong critical thinking skills to identify business opportunities, solve complex problems, and design end-to-end plans with actionable solutions.
· Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics, proactively identifying areas of concern and improvement.
· Perform deep-dive analyses to understand the drivers of customer behavior and engagement, identifying factors that positively or negatively impact user experience.
· Analyze business challenges (e.g., churn, data penetration, retention) to uncover root causes and propose innovative, data-driven solutions.
· Develop a 360-degree view of business problems by integrating quantitative data with qualitative insights, recommending alternative strategies and solutions.
· Partner with Digital Product, Growth, and other cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and foster growth.
· Collaborate with Digital Product and Growth teams to monitor changes affecting trends, ensuring proactive adaptation to evolving market dynamics.
· Leverage Python and advanced AI methodologies, including predictive analytics and behavioral modeling, to enhance decision-making and personalize user experiences.
· Continuously experiment and innovate to introduce new, relevant KPIs that align with evolving digital strategies, driving the business towards greater digitalization and efficiency.
Apart from the details mentioned above for the given role, responsibilities and deliverables will include the following:
· In-App Analytics/ Engagement tracking/ User preferences/Firebase & Mix panel Analytics
· Digital user's cross product analysis with GSM and other products
· Forecasting subscribers, revenue and other critical KPIs preferably using Advanced analytics Models.
· Reporting and Monitoring of major KPIs i.e. MAU’s DAU’s, Revenue, Churn etc.
· Updating management and key stakeholders on performance
· Deep dives to point out areas of improvement essential for business growth.
Requirements
· 3+ years’ experience Business Analytics, Segments, Pricing, Growth Analytics
· Prior experience of working in Digital or GSM sector
· Bachelor ’s degree in Computer Sciences/Business Analytics/ Statistics/ Advance Analytics
· Experience with analytical and reporting tools, including Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL, Power BI,AI, Machine learning and other technical competitive tools available in the market.
· Deep knowledge of evolving digital market
· Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
· Ability to make data-driven decision’s.
· Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
· Strong communication and presentation skills with high command on presentation making and data modeling
