What is Expert Channel Performance & Commissions?
The role reports directly to the Manager Channel Digitization, commissions & Support.
What does Expert Channel Performance & Commissions do?
- Calculate monthly and quarterly sale Channel commissions (franchise, retailer, DO’s, sale staff and business partners) com accurately, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with finance and Business intelligence teams to gather relevant data & improve overall commission calculation processes.
- Liaise with regional teams to address commission-related inquiries, discrepancies, and payment schedules.
- Continuously enhance commission models and frameworks to support business goals
- Partner with the finance department to align commission payments with budgeting requirements and accounting standards.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for commission processes and support audits.
- Need excellent interpersonal abilities, basic business skills, and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Collaborate with regional teams to communicate micro-level targets & address inquiries
- Management of sale targets, into relevant systems, ensuring data accuracy and accessibility.
- Trends analysis and insights for Management review
- Assist in preparing regular and ad-hoc reports on commission performance, trends, and budget alignment.
- Understanding of ROI and channel profitability analysis
- Provide actionable insights to stakeholders regarding commission structures and identify opportunities for optimizing payouts

Requirements
- 3+ years in commercial department, Distribution division , channel planning or a related field (Prior Telco experience would be a plus point)
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, JIRA.
- Strong analytical abilities with a detail-oriented approach, capable of spotting trends and identifying process improvements
- Proficiency in managing and analysing large datasets
- Ability to collaborate effectively, comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment and adapt to new technologies.
