What is Expert Business Operations?


“Expert Business Operations” will be responsible to provide adequate support to channels, backend support, and business care to resolve the critical customer queries and billing issues in a timely manner. This role will also be responsible to coordinate with the technology and run analysis on pre and post-bill runs to ensure the 100% correct billing. Verification of customers' financial issues and posting the credit/debit notes according to need. Monitoring the resolution of requests, approval, and disbursement of legitimate refunds. Manage the month-end close-out by bringing systems up to date with proper figures and other relevant information.


The role reports directly to the Stream Head Business Billing & CAP has no extended team or anyone reporting to him.


What does Expert Business Operations do?


Key responsibilities


  • The role will be responsible for 100% correct and timely billing.
  • Responsible for the resolution of customers' critical queries.
  • Responsible to provide support to sales and support channels on billing issues.
  • Responsible to post the customer's financial adjustments after proper verification and approvals.
  • Verification and processing of customers' refunds.
  • Systems analysis and monitoring to provide feedback on the automation of the billing modules and modification according to defined products with respect to business needs.
  • Ensure timely and 100% correct billing.
  • Resolution of issues within given TAT.
  • Timely posting of debit/ credit notes to update the customer's ledgers.
  • Ensuring compliance with credit financial transactions policies.
  • Automation and digitalization of billing systems

Requirements


  • Graduate/Master from a recognized institute. (preferable BBA, B-COM, BCS, MCS, MBA)
  • Must of having at least 5 years of experience in Billing & Invoicing/Credit & Collection/Finance in the Telecom sector.
  • Proficient in Ms. Office & Visio
  • Advanced Excel skills (including formulas, pivots & macros)
  • Hands-on Experience of Working on SQL Data basis.
  • Excellent numerical skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good team player and ability to work in intense and pressure situations and meet the timelines
