Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute new product designs and prototypes based on market research and client requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and sales, to ensure alignment of product concepts with business goals.
Conduct feasibility studies to assess the practicality of new designs and materials for manufacturing.
Analyze market trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, product specifications, and BOMs for new designs.
Oversee prototype development, testing, and validation to ensure quality and functionality.
Work with suppliers to identify and source suitable materials for product development.
Ensure all designs comply with quality standards, safety regulations, and company guidelines.
Provide support for production ramp-up, troubleshooting any issues during the transition from prototype to manufacturing.
Maintain thorough documentation of all product development processes, iterations, and outcomes.
