COMPANY OVERVIEW

A reputed Exploration & Production Company invites applications for the position of Executive Director (Exploration).

QUALIFICATION

Masters or Bachelors degree (04 years) in Geology or Geophysics or Geosciences. Higher qualification shall be given preference.

EXPERIENCE

18 years progressively responsible professional post-qualification experience inclusive of 07 years relevant senior management experience in the E&P Sector. The candidate should possess experience in the following areas which shall also form his core responsibilities for the position:

• Spearhead prospect generation, seismic acquisition, field geology and exploration planning to maximize resource discovery.
• Leverage deep knowledge of Pakistans sedimentary basins and introduce innovative exploration methods to overcome operational challenges.
• Lead high-performing exploration teams, ensuring successful execution of projects across national and multinational E&P environments.
• Define and monitor KPIs, TPCs and best E&P practices to achieve Companys exploration targets and secure reserve replacement.
• Ensure efficient exploration license management, policy compliance and commercial viability of projects.
• Collaborate with development teams on field planning while identifying new international exploration opportunities.
• Develop and control exploration budgets, aligning them with corporate objectives and industry regulations.

The selected candidate will be offered a 03 years contract employment extendable by mutual consent, with market-based salary and other benefits commensurate with experience and Company policy.

The candidate should be not more than 57 years of age as of the last date of submission of application.
