Responsibilities

• Successfully implement and maintain GC/ GCHS / GCMS instruments at customer sites.
• Deliver outstanding customer service through timely and effective communication.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues to determine root causes.
• Strictly adhere to safety and regulatory standards while performing field service tasks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support customer needs and improve service delivery.
• Maintain detailed service records and generate reports to document work completed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in engineering with electronics equivalent and experience in related field.
• Confirmed experience in field service, customer service, or a related technical role.
• Strong technical knowledge of GC/GCMS instruments and their applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Outstanding social skills, both in written and verbal form.
• Ability to work independently and as part of an inclusive, collaborative team.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites within Hyderabad and surrounding regions.
