Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification from HEC-recognized institute/university.
Experience:
Possess a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:
Administer, configure, troubleshoot, and monitor Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, Patch Management, and Mobile Device Management systems.
Migrate and manage different messaging platforms, including Domino, MS Exchange, and MDaemon.
Create and manage user accounts and mailboxes, perform mailbox migrations and restores.
Install, maintain, configure, upgrade, and administer hardware and software for messaging servers (including MS Exchange, Zimbra, Lotus, VMware, Linux, and Microsoft Windows Server Platforms) and third-party applications.
Provide Tier II and III support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and resolution of BAU (Business-As-Usual) issues.
Respond promptly to incidents and service requests while adhering to established performance metrics and SLAs.
Monitor systems proactively to identify potential threats and ensure service availability.
Implement server and client OS hardening in alignment with Information Security guidelines and global compliance standards.
Troubleshoot messaging infrastructure issues related to internal and external interfaces.
Provide technical support to handheld device users.
Ensure and perform regular backup and restoration of email servers, application software, and databases.
Manage and administer the email archiving solution.
